In accordance with the provisions of personal data protection laws, this Privacy Notice seeks to increase the transparency of how we treat the personal data of visitors to our websites, landing pages, blog, and other information disclosure tools to avoid any loss, alteration, theft, or any other form of use of data that does not comply with this Notice.

1. Glossary

Processing of personal data: any operation carried out with personal data, for example, collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.

Controller : a natural or legal person, in public or private law, in charge of decisions about the processing of personal data.

Operator: A natural or legal person, in public or private law, who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

Data Subject: any natural person identified or identifiable to whom the personal data relates, including customers, service providers, and employees of the company, depending on the specific case.

Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Consent: Freely given, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s agreement to the processing of his or her personal data for a specified purpose.

2. What are your rights?

Data Subject Rights. Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights:

1. Right to limit the processing of your personal data, and you may obtain it when you contest the accuracy of the data, when processing is unlawful, when Involves no longer needs the data for the purposes proposed, when you oppose to the processing of your data, and in case of unnecessary data processing;
2. Right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, and you may also object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, for example, profiling;
3. The user is granted the right to receive personal data concerning him or her and which he or she has provided to involves, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another company; such right is also known as the right to data portability.
4. Right to revoke consent, in accordance with the legal provisions;
5. It is he right of the user to obtain confirmation from Involves that the personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, where that is the case, the right to access his or her personal data;
6. The user is granted the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her;
7. It is the right of the user to have his or her data erased, subject to the exceptions provided for in law.

Principles for the processing of personal data. We further guarantee that the processing of your personal data will comply with the following principles:

• Data minimization: Collection of personal data must be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
• Purpose limitation: Personal data should only be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

3. What personal data do we process and for what purpose?

All your data collected and/or provided through our websites, such as landing pages, registration pages, blog, and other pages related to the website, will be in compliance with the provisions of data protection laws, as well as with this Privacy Notice, and will be treated as confidential, non-proprietary, and will be used only for purposes set out herein and/or authorized by you.

Personal data. Personal data processed by Involves may involve:

• Contact information, such as full name, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile;
• Professional information, such as company name and country of the head office in which the data subject works or has a professional relationship, branch of activity, CNPJ (Corporate Tax ID Number) and corporate name, corporate website;
• Access information, such as browsing history, interaction with content, and page viewing;
• Email access information, such as date and open rate of emails, click-through rate, and interactions in the inbox;
• Navigation and device information, such as IP address, dates and times of access, device information, cookie data;

Personal data subjects. We process the personal data of some categories of persons – Personal Data Subjects. This means that our Data Subject (“You”) may fit into one or more of these categories, namely: (A) Visitors, (b) Involves’s Leads, (c) Applicants, and (d) Users. 

• Visitors are personal data subjects who visit or access our websites or Involves’s pages;
•  Involves’s Leads are the possible customers of Involves, that is, personal data subjects who, representing a company, (i) interacted or interact with the content and materials of Involves or in some way agreed to receive our content, for example, by downloading an eBook, signing up to receive our newsletter, and other situations involving the marketing and promotion of our Services; or (ii) have Involves’s ideal customer profile and have been identified by Involves’s team as sales opportunities through information that is publicly available or was made available by partners or suppliers, or (iii) have had their personal data shared with Involves through Partners, as in the case of content production with co-marketing strategies or event sponsorship. 
•  Users are the personal data subjects who have access credentials to https://app.Involves.com.br/login. Information on how the personal data of users of the Involves Platform is processed and the relevant information to ensure proper transparency, including how users can exercise their rights, is provided for in the Platform’s Privacy Notice.

3.1 Leads Involves

Treatment and purpose. Involves collects and processes personal data when the Data Subject contacts us or informs their data by email, web form, instant message, telephone call or through interactions with social media posts, as well as through other means that we have made available. This processing includes the purposes of enabling us to respond to your request, to send email communications that we believe may be useful to you, to promote our Services and, if you show interest, to sell our Services, that is, to contact you to submit a business quote.
