Your personal data will be collected whenever you voluntarily provide it (e.g., to receive materials, ebooks, to request demonstration of a solution, to receive exclusive materials, etc.), as well as when you interact with the services provided, when we may collect your data through cookies, for example.
What is the purpose of the Privacy Policy? With this privacy policy we want, in a transparent and clear way, to inform you of how your personal data is used by Involves.

We may also collect data from publicly accessible sources or from third parties authorized and contracted by Involves, subject to confidentiality obligations and always complying with the requirements of the Brazilian legislation.
We do this to obtain, validate and supplement data related to our customers and prospects in order to ensure the quality and update of the data we maintain. These practices allow us to improve the security of our services and the assertiveness of our communication initiatives, improving the chances of establishing contact with you when necessary, including to offer our services if we understand that, according to your interaction with us, something we have to offer may be of interest to you.
2. Sharing or Disclosing Personal Data
The personal data collected are for our exclusive use for the purposes informed and, therefore, will not be sold to third parties.
However, we may share your personal data whenever such action is necessary in order to:
Legal Compliance. Comprising (i) judicial and/or administrative proceedings and requisitions; (ii) regular exercise of rights or defense in legal proceedings; or (iii) as required by law;
Third Party Services. We may share your personal data with our suppliers and business partners, with whom we have contractual obligations of security and confidentiality. Suppliers include data hosting and server companies; advertising, marketing, and research tools, for example; and
Availability to supporters of the event – Involves Experience. We may share some of your personal data with the supporters and sponsors of the event, which will comply with the purposes of use informed to you.
The personal data we collect through our website will be stored on our systems and servers, except those that are shared with third parties under the terms mentioned above.
The data shared with third parties will be treated by them, exempting Involves from any liability for leakage or incorrect treatment of personal data.
Involves has international data transfer, as it has a database located in AWS servers in the United States, thus, follows all international transfer policies required by LGPD, as well as, required by the State in which the server used is located.
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the defined purposes, unless there is another reason for its retention, such as fulfilling legal, regulatory, contractual obligations and preserving Involves’ rights.
In determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purpose for processing your personal data and whether we can achieve such purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.
Upon expiration of the maintenance period and legal necessity, personal data will be deleted using secure disposal methods, or used in anonymized form for statistical purposes.
We want to assure you that the rights under the applicable data protection legislation are enforceable and fulfilled.
To this end, it is important that you know that you may exercise, at any time through the channel indicated at the end of this policy, the following rights:
Right of Access and Confirmation: To confirm whether Involves processes any of your personal data, to request access to your personal data, as well as information on how the processing of such data is carried out;
Right of Correction: Request to correct, update or complete your personal data;
Right to Anonymize or Block Data: Possibility of requesting the anonymization of personal data or their blocking, temporarily suspending processing.
Right to Delete Data: Request erasure of your personal data, provided that (i) the data is no longer necessary for the purpose that motivated its processing; (ii) when you withdraw your consent and there are no other valid grounds for its conservation; (iii) when you oppose the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests on the part of Involves, (iv) as well as in the other cases provided by law.
Right to obtain information about sharing: You have the right to know with which public and private entities Involves shares personal data, subject to business confidentiality.
Right of Opposition: You may object to processing activities that do not depend on consent. In this case, it is possible to request its discontinuation.
Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent given for a particular purpose and obtain information about the consequences of this choice. However, revocation of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then.
We reserve the right to change this Policy as often as necessary in order to provide you with increased security and confidence.
To make things easier, we will always indicate at the end of the document the date of the last update, and if substantial changes are made, we will inform you of these changes before they take effect.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and are aware that your children have provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
