Agreement for the Use of Image, Voice, and Personal Data

The AUTHORIZER expressly and voluntarily agrees that their image, voice, and name may be used in any and all materials, including photographs, documents, media, and services intended to carry out and promote activities that go beyond institutional use and may generate investments and complex operations for the AUTHORIZED PARTY, with the purpose of promoting its services, provided that such uses are directed towards public disclosure and do not deviate from their original purpose.

The AUTHORIZED PARTY may use the image and voice of the AUTHORIZER free of charge, with this agreement serving as authorization for all legal purposes. This usage may occur throughout the national territory and abroad, through any form and medium, including but not limited to:

(I) Outdoor advertising;

(II) Printed brochures and materials (flyers, catalogs, etc.);

(III) Newspaper and magazine advertisements;

(IV) Websites and landing pages;

(V) Posters and backlights;

(VI) Electronic media (social networks, videos, television, cinema, radio, etc.), for an indefinite period.

Specific examples of authorized uses include, but are not limited to:

(I) Advertising campaigns;

(II) Podcasts;

(III) Training materials;

(IV) Courses and explanatory videos;

(V) Testimonials;

(VI) Other activities that explicitly promote the services of the AUTHORIZED PARTY.
