We know how important your privacy is, and more importantly, we know our responsibility when we are handling your personal data.

In this sense, and also to comply with the provisions set forth in the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), we have prepared our privacy policy and undertaken a mission: to process your personal data in a safe and responsible way to prevent losses, unauthorized modifications, theft, or any other use in disagreement with this document.

What is a personal data? A Personal Data is any and all information that may directly identify a person, or that may lead to the person’s identification, such as the name, ID, address, geolocation, IP No, etc. 

When do we collect your personal data? Your personal data will be collected when you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g. to receive materials, e-books, request a demo of a specific solution, receive exclusive materials, etc.), or when you interact with our services. 

What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy? This privacy policy was created to provide you with a transparent and clear information on how your personal data is used by Involves. 

Important note: this policy does not apply to services that are not controlled by Involves, even if they are related to our website and other pages. 

Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you read all this policy, so you can understand why and how your personal data is used by us.

1. What type of data do we collect, and what is the purpose?

All personal data collected by us will only be used for the purposes listed in our Privacy Policy or for the purposes informed at the time of its collection.

Cookies and other Technologies: We use cookies and other data collection technologies on our platforms to improve your experience with us, to personalize advertisements, and recommend content that may be interesting for you. For additional explanation about how this is performed, we have prepared a separate document, so you can better understand what cookies are, the type of cookies we use, what type of information we collect using cookies, and the purposes of using the information. When you are interacting with our website or when you voluntarily provide your personal data to us, we collect:

Your personal data is used to register in events, access and receive exclusive materials, and sign up for Involves Club

[It may include, among others: your name, email, address, phone, country, company, job title, size of the field team, business branch, number of stores, etc.]

We use this data to know who you are, send you material that may be interesting for you and send you trade marketing-related content.

Eventually, we may use such data to send you content, offers, proposals, customized landing pages, courses, news and/or other events that are relevant to our relationship.

Send your email confirmation to your event registration (plus reminders and other relevant information about the event), send you material that may be interesting for you, certificates of participation and, eventually, create a subscribers and/or attendance list. (Involves Experience)

Your Contact Data for comments – Involves Club

We use this data to know who you are, identify who made the comment and notify you when someone replies to you.

Also, we may use such data to contact you by email, send you news, materials, courses, proposals and other Trade Marketing-related content.

Your Using Records

[IP address, records of your interactions with the website or landing pages, browser type and version, operating system type and version, geolocation information, cookies, etc.]

This personal data is collected when you access our website or landing pages, so we can improve our content and services

We also need part of the personal data to comply with the legal obligations of storing the browsing records, as provided under Art. 15 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.

Your Professional Data

[It may include, among others: your name, date of birth, gender, address, education, professional experience, etc.]

This data is collected when you apply for a job at Involves.


We use it to know more about you and your professional background for our selection processes.

Your Survey Data – Involves Experience and Involves Club

When you fill out a form or complete a survey, we collect your personal data to know your opinion about our events and services.

We may also collect data from publicly available sources or from authorized third parties hired by Involves, which are subject to confidentiality obligations, and always in compliance with the Brazilian laws. The purpose of this is to obtain, validate and complete the data of our current and potential clients, to ensure that that the data in our records is constantly updated and correct. These activities enable us to continuously improve the security of our services and the assertiveness of our communication initiatives, in order to establish a good communication with you whenever it be necessary, including offering our services if, by your interaction with us, we find that we have something interesting to offer to you.

2. Sharing or Disclosing Personal Data

The personal data is collected for our exclusive use, for the purposes informed, and it will not be sold to third parties.

However, we may share your personal data if such activity is necessary for:

Complying with the laws. It includes (i) judicial and/or administrative proceedings and orders; (ii) the regular exercise of rights or to defend legal claims; or (iii) as required by law;

Third Parties’ Services. We may share your personal data with our suppliers and business partners with whom we have signed contractual security and confidentiality obligations. Suppliers include data hosting companies and servers; advertising tools, marketing and research companies, for example; and

Sharing data with promotional partners – Involves Experience. We may share specific personal data with promotional partners and sponsors of the event, and they will follow the use purposes informed to you.

Legal compliance. Comprising (i) judicial and/or administrative proceedings and requests; (ii) regular exercise of rights or defense in legal proceedings; or (iii) as required by law;

Provision of Services by Third Parties. We may share your personal data with our suppliers and business partners, with whom we have contractual security and confidentiality obligations. Suppliers include data and server hosting companies; advertising, marketing and research tools, for example; and

Availability to event supporters – Involves Experience. We may share some of your personal data with the event’s supporters and sponsors, who will comply with the purposes of use informed to you.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

The personal data is stored only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the established purposes, unless there is another reason to keep it, such as compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual obligations, or to preserve Involve’s rights.

To determine the adequate retention period of personal data, we take into consideration the quantity, nature, whether it involves sensitivity data, the potential risks arising from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purpose for processing your personal data, and if we can achieve such purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

When the retention period and/or legal requirement ends, the personal data is deleted using secure disposal methods, or it is anonymized and used for statistical purposes.

4. What rights do you have?

Rest assured that the rights granted in the applicable data protection laws are applied and complied with.   

So, you can exercise the following rights, at any time, through the channel indicated at the bottom of this policy:  

Right of Access and Confirmation: You may confirm if Involves is processing any personal data belonging to you, request the access to your personal data, and ask how it is processed;  

Right of Rectification: You can request the rectification, update or complete your personal data; 

Right to Anonymization or Restriction: You can request the anonymization or restriction of your personal data, temporarily suspending the data processing activities.

Right to Erasure: You can request the erasure of your personal data, providing that (i) the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed; (ii) when you withdraw your consent, there isn’t another legal basis for its retention; (iii) when you object to the data processing, there aren’t any legitimate interests prevailing on the part of Involves; (iv) as well as the other cases provided in law. 

Right to obtain information about data sharing: You have the right to know with which public and private entities Involves shares your personal data, excluding trade secrets.

Right to Object: You may object to the data processing activities that do not depend on consent. In this case, it is possible to request its interruption.

Right to revoke consent: You may revoke your consent granted for a specific purpose and be informed about the consequences of such choice. However, the withdrawal of consent will not interfere with the lawful processing activities carried out until then.

5. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend this Policy as many times as it may be necessary to provide more security and trust to you.

So, to simplify matters, we will always show at the top of the document the last update and, if there is any substantial change, you will be informed about it before it becomes effective. 

6. Minors

We do not intentionally collect data from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or a legal guardian, and you believe that your child has provided his or her personal data to our website, please contact us through the email address provided below.
